Q. What are the prerequisites for the training?
There are no prerequisites for this training as it is of beginner level. Everything that you need to know about 3D Printing would be taught to you from scratch.
Q. Do I need to have a laptop or desktop to do the training or can I do it on mobile too?
You can watch the videos and take quizzes & tests on any device including mobile. However, for hands on practice via assignments and projects, a laptop is required.
Q. What software/tools would be needed for the training and how can I get them?
You would need to install Ultimaker Cura Slicing software in your system to take this training. The details of installation would be covered in the training along with any other tools that would be needed.
Q. What system configuration is needed to do this training?
To do this training, you would need a laptop or desktop with a minimum of 4 GB ram, Windows Vista (64 bit) version or later, 550 MB hard drive space, and a OpenGL 2 compatible graphics card. For Mac users, macOS versions 10.7 and later would be required.
Q. When can I start the training?
You can choose your preferred batch date while signing up for the training program and start accordingly.
Q. What will be the timings of the training?
As this is a purely online training program, you can choose to learn at any time of the day and for as much time as you want. We will recommend a pace to be followed throughout the program, but the actual timings and learning hours are in your hands.
Q. What is the training duration or what does 6 weeks access to the platform mean?
From your batch start date, you will have access to training’s content (videos, quizzes, tests, assignments, projects etc.) on the platform for 6 weeks within which you should be able to complete your training.
Q. How much time should I spend on the training every day to be able to complete it in 6 weeks?
As this is a purely online training program, you can choose to spend as much time as you want per day and the more time you spend, sooner you would be able to complete the training. However, on an average, spending 1-2 hours per day should be sufficient for you to complete the training in 6 weeks. Some students also choose to devote more time on the weekends in case they are not able to give time on the weekdays.
Q. What if I’m not able to complete my training in 6 weeks?
Don’t worry! If for some reason, you are not able to complete the training in 6 weeks; we would extend your access to the platform for sufficient duration (maximum upto another 6 weeks) so that you can complete it.

No, you will be only getting a soft copy of the certificate which you can download and print out if required.

Just let us know your registered email id along with the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. You can submit your request using the option available in the last section below. Once verified, the additional amount you paid will be refunded.
Q. The payment shows failed but money got deducted? What should I do now?
The amount deducted will come back to your account within 7-10 working days. This is the normal duration your bank will take to credit the amount back into your account.
Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Make Payment’ on my dashboard? What should I do?
At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your Internshala Trainings dashboard. However, if your payment is not reflecting even after 30 minutes, please let us know your registered email id along with the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. You can submit your request using the option available in the last section below. Once verified, we will update your payment status from the backend.
